    President

    John J. Nigro, President, has been a leader in the retail real estate industry for over fifty years. He began his career in the supermarket business and in the mid-1970’s he expanded the vision and operation of what is now Nigro Retail Properties. John’s passion and innovation are reflected in the company’s continued growth today.

  • Rick Jones
    Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

    Rick Jones started with our company in 2023. Prior to joining Nigro Retail Properties, Rick held senior level positions at several prominent Capital Region companies over the last thirty years, including CEO of Wojeski & Company, CPAs, President, CEO and CFO of Mechanical Technology Incorporated and Controller at Galesi Management Corporation. Rick oversees all financial functions, tax reporting and staff hirings at our company.
